WHAT:- 10 Mile Road Run & 5km Run/ Walk
WHEN:- Saturday 6th August at 11am (10 mile event) and 11.30 ( 5km event)
WHERE: Tulfarris Hotel and Golf Resort, Blessington, Co Wicklow

"OnThe Day" Entry Possible between 9 and 10.15am
€35 for 10 mile with tech Tee for first 50 registered and €15 for 5k (No Tech Tee)
10 Mile Race:
The Tulfarris "Tough" 10 race will take place over an accurately measured and certified 10 mile course - Course Details HERE
Course will be marked in miles on the road (Measured by Jones Counter by AAI certified course measurer) 2 weeks in advance of the race for anyone that wishes to do a training run, cycle or drive round.
The course is undulating in parts so is more a tough ten than classic PB material but the views will make it worthwhile for sure
Cost of Entry:
Early Bird Entries (until 31st March) - €29
Regular Entries: (1st April extended now until 31st July) - €35
Late or On the Day Entries (1st to 5th August) - (€40) Now €35
Costs Quoted are Fully Inclusive of a technical running tee, chip timing and all Entry Charges
5km Run / Walk:
The 5km route will take place on quiet country roads and will not have any significant climbs (compared to the 10 mile race)
It will start at 11.30 from the Hotel grounds and finish alongside the Tough 10 with same last ~2km in each race
